Azerbaijan TRC with our own team in Baku

A temporary residence card (TRC) lets you live in Azerbaijan beyond a visitor's stay. Our own team on the ground in Baku prepares and follows your application with the State Migration Service.

What a TRC is

Living in Azerbaijan, legally and properly

A temporary residence permit is issued by the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the form of a temporary residence card. It is for people who have a legal ground to stay, such as work, study, family or investment.

The application is made in Azerbaijan, in person or through a legal representative, at least 30 days before your current permitted stay ends. That is why having people on the ground in Baku makes such a difference.

Baku.pk offers complete TRC processing support. The decision itself rests with the State Migration Service alone.
